This was a great stay for one night. I was upgraded to lovely and convenient guest room with tv. A microwave, an electric kettle, and fridges were a nice touch. The marvellous and unbeatable location near to a train station was just what I needed.

Location is very closest to the central station. Staffs speak English and French fluently and are very helpful and friendly. They explained the city and some interesting points you should not miss. We had a good sleep like in our own home.

We were greeted and had all the sights and area explained to us. They treated us as friends and gave us the feeling of being with family. The room was big and luxurios, the hospitality was way above average, and the total experience was way above average! I would recommend this hotel to anyone using Florence as a stop. Close to the train station and within walking of all the good sights!

Actually it is more of a bed & breakfast rather than a proper hotel. Very good location walkable from rail station. Good advice by owner about how to cover the city in 1 day. Microwave and refrigerator a big boon.

Breakfast is a little inadequate. Reception noise can be heard in the room.
